The Boeing Company is seeking an Entry Level  Supplier Requirements Engineer (SRE) . This position will support The F-18 Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) organization within the Systems Engineering function. This unique role requires the ability to coordinate across organizations to define engineering requirements and to perform cost analyses.


 Position Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with other engineering disciplines in an integrated team environment to develop statements of work (SSOW) and supplier data requirements for a variety of complex systems.
  • Uses the structured requirements process to ensure requirements are clear, unambiguous verifiable and affordable.
  • Implements systems engineering processes
  • Performs analysis of supplier cost proposals using various techniques

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry by June 2019.


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience multi-tasking and collaborating in a team environment
  • Education or experience with systems engineering principles


This position is located in St. Louis, MO and does not offer relocation assistance. Applicants must reside in area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.



Typical Education/Experience:

Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
