The Boeing Company is looking for a Systems Integration Engineer Experienced Entry Level to support the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler programs in St. Louis, Missouri.


These programs are fast-paced and cutting-edge with new capabilities planned for development and introduction through the next decade to improve the weapon system and support the warfighter.


The selected candidate should have understanding and experience in applying Systems Engineering and Integration principles and processes to support execution of assigned work.


Position Responsibilities

  • Interact effectively with both external customers and suppliers, internal engineering teams, and other disciplines across the program to meet program needs throughout the program's lifecycle. 
  • Requirements Development and Management
  • System Specification development
  • Requirements Verification
  • Integrated Master Planning
  • Risk/Issue/Opportunity Management
  • Statement of Work development
  • Configuration Audits (FCA/PCA)
  • Program technical integration and execution
  • Developing Entry/Exit Criteria and supporting program milestone reviews (SETR/T)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering classification (engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in engineering discipline



Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Experience with DOORS
  • Model Based Engineering Design/Analysis experience through the use of advanced Modelling & Simulation and Tools & Process development
  • Requirements Management and Verification
  • Integrated Master Planning
  • Risk Management
  • Major Design Reviews



Typical Education/Experience

Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 2 or more years' experience or a Master's degree with experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard
